About the webinar:

As dietitians, we know all about the goodness vegetables provide – but getting our clients to eat enough of them is easier said than done. In this webinar, we’re joined by the terrific trio Professor Catherine Itsiopoulos, Dr. Flavia Fayet-Moore and Dr Joanna McMillan to talk all things veg. Catherine will touch on the synergistic relationship between veggies and extra virgin olive oil, while Flavia will highlight the differences between the many types of oils found on supermarket shelves. Before diving into a panel discussion, Joanna will explain where veggies and extra virgin olive oil fit in a sustainable eating pattern.
