About the webinar:

As dietitians, we know that plants are jam-packed with good nutrition and are especially beneficial for our gut – but getting our clients on the plant-powered bandwagon isn’t always easy. In this special Gut Health Month webinar, we’re joined by gut health expert Dr Megan Rossi, PhD APD, to explore the science behind her new ‘anti-restriction’ approach to healthy eating called The Diversity Diet. Megan will explain why our clients should be eating 30 different plants each and every week in the name of good gut health. She will also share her tips and tricks for helping our clients enjoy easy, flavoursome meals that will keep them feeling fuller for longer while boosting their gut microbiome.
