About the speaker:
Lauren Gladman has worked as a paediatric dietitian for 15 years. She has worked in tertiary hospitals in Australia & the UK and has had her own private practice in Southern Sydney for 10 years. She is currently on maternity leave from her Senior Paediatric dietitian position at St George Hospital. Lauren specialises in food allergy, infant nutrition and tube feeding and tube weaning. She has been on the advisory panel for the NSW Allied health guide to feeding difficulties in Children, Go4Fun weight management program and paediatric home enteral nutrition guidelines. Lauren has presented at conferences on feeding disorders, food allergy, and Anorexia Nervosa. Lauren is a member of Dietitians Australia and ASCIA peak allergy body for Australia and New Zealand.
