Guest biography

Dr Michael Leveritt is a Senior Lecturer in Nutrition and Dietetics in the School of Human Movement & Nutrition Sciences at The University of Queensland.

His research findings provide an insight into how health professionals can best deliver nutrition care to improve health and exercise performance.

Michael has co-authored over 80 articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals and has been invited to speak at national and international conferences.

Michael is on the show to discuss his sports nutrition research and to provide an insight into how dietitians can get into the sports nutrition area. We’ll also talk about advancing one’s career within this area.
